  I thought tranquil places like this no longer existed!! Welcomed with a smile this family owned and operated Tourist Park truly brings you back to a lifestyle where the local wildlife wander around day & night with not a care in the World. Each site is quite large to say the least so you don't have the worries of stepping out to be only steps away from the camp site next to you. Toilet amenities, Laundry & the Camp Kitchen are cleaned each day, plus reviewed during the day to ensure kept up to the high standard of cleanliness. It is a place of all ages to be able to enjoy the swimming, or just the lay back life of sitting beside a campfire at night. Maybe playing a card game or going for a walk. It is not a place where disrespect for others will be tolerated, nor rudeness. Any rules of this park are common sense. Not good mobile reception BUT a Public Phone Box is in the car park next to reception. A perfect place to remind children there is more to life then their computer games etc and believe me they will have so much fun they will be exhausted and wanting to get to sleep as their eyes not wanting to stay open long hours into the night.

  Rude and obnoxious staff welcome you to a park which smells of a badly serviced septic system. Had I been given the option I would have selected zero stars.
